adidas Forest Hills Gold Yellow

The adidas Forest Hills Trainer is an all time tennis and terrace classic and its back in its original 70s colourway.

There’s only really a handful of classic adidas silhouettes that are up there with the likes of the Forest Hills. Like the Stan Smith had made its name its on the tennis court, the Forest Hills trainer was named after the Queens, NYC tennis club, a former host of the US Open. The rise of casual culture in the UK saw the tennis style make its way onto the terraces as clubs like Liverpool and Aberdeen were bringing back new and unknown designer labels from the continent. The 3 Stripes label really made its mark on the terraces with trainer styles likes the Forest Hills becoming one of the first ‘go to’ trainer for the casuals. Since the late 70’s we have seen various re-releases of the classic style, however none have gone down quite as well as the OG white, gold and yellow and colourway.
