The adidas Nite Jogger Is Re-Vamped & Re-Released For January 2019
After its last revival back 2015, adidas now re-introduce the Nite Jogger for 2019 for the modern day sneaker enthusiasts.
The original Nite Jogger, released in 1979, came in era of casual sportswear and the start of the running trainer revolution which would continue throughout the 1980s and 1990s. adidas dropped numerous running silhouettes throughout this magical era with the Nite Jogger stamping its 3 stripes on the running world in 79′ thanks to its reflective ‘night time’ function, hence the name. After re-releasing the OG Nite Jogger back in 2015, the Nite Jogger legacy continues with this latest re-worked iteration for the modern day sneaker heads.
The latest version features updated trainer tech such as nylon ripstop uppers, mesh and suede overlays with added reflective detailing to the 3 stripes, heel patch and laces. BOOST technology certainly wasn’t about in 1979, with this latest version donning the famous adidas sole technology underfoot for superior cushioning. The original orange hues of the Nite Jogger are also added with ‘the speed of nite’ written in Morse code to the outsole.
The adidas Originals Nite Jogger will be dropping from adidas stockists worldwide such as size.co.uk this coming Saturday 12th January 2018. In other recent sneaker news you can also check out the Cav Empt x Nike Air Max 95 trainer which also drops this week.
