The adidas Originals Archive Handball Top size? Exclusive features classic colourways from the 3 stripes 80’s heydays.
After the highly celebrated adidas Archive Dublin re-release, which saw 3 stripes collectors and fans queuing up for over 12 hours to get their hands on the classic City Series trainer, size? are back with more 3 stripes archive nostalgia. The next size? Archive adidas trainer sees the Handball Top making a return in an exclusive colourway following on from the re-release of the performance silhouette from earlier in the year. Originating back in 1976, the Handball trainer saw its first release with the Made in Germany Spezial, moving onto also being featured as part of the 90’s performance Equipment series or more commonly known as EQT.
Like a lot of classics 3 stripes trainers, the Handball was designed for use on the courts with its lightweight performance driven design and signature gum sole unit. The stand out feature of the Handball was the additional leather and suede added to the heel counter and toe box for extra support on the court. For December 2017, size? will be dropping a very exclusive colourway of the Handball Top in true OG form. Drawing inspiration from the classic colourways of the 3 stripes heydays from the 70’s and 80’s.
The adidas Originals Archive Handball Top size? Exclusive will be launching exclusively from size.co.uk from this coming Friday 1st December 2017.
