Audio Bullys Take Us Back To The London Underground With ‘The Scene’
The next track to drop from the Audio Bullys explores the London underground scene of the late 90’s.
Following on from ‘Original’ released earlier in the year, the UK electronic duo are back with their next track ‘The Scene’ for 2017. In our interview with Simon Franks he talked about all the inspiration for the early Audio Bullys sound, referencing the original London underground garage scene, which is what this latest track is all about. In the track, Franks remembers and talks about the London underground scene on top of a heavy garage beat put together with a classic organ bassline melody. Released on Low Steppa’s ‘Simma Black’ label, the track sets the tone of what we can expect for 2018 from the electronic duo.
In exploring the original scene, the Audio Bullys have themselves created an original garage classic that could of quite easily have been heard getting pumped out of a nightclub in the late 90’s, early noughties heydays. Like a lot of new acid house tracks explore the original Chicago scene, this track explores the Big Smoke, ‘its a London thing’.
