The Latest Banksy Piece Appears On A Draw Bridge In Hull
Banksy hits Hull with his latest piece ‘Draw The Raised Bridge’ with questions about Brexit inspiration.
Following on from his recent Danny Boyle collaboration and the Alternativity, Banksy is back in the UK with his next thought provoking piece. Shared on the official Banksy Instagram page yesterday the artwork shows a dressed up child (like kids use to do back in the day with colanders as helmets and such) in a charging position followed by the words ‘Draw The Raised Bridge’. The piece was featured on a permanently raised bridge on Scott Street, Hull, with some speculation that the piece referenced Brexit and the idea that the UK has now closed its bridges not allowing anyone else to cross. Regardless of your political stance, I’m sure most people are sick to death of hearing about it, a campaign full of lies and deceit to trick the British public which surely deserves another vote just on that basis. Bansky also challenged the Brexit vote last year with a mural in Dover which showed a man chipping away at the European flag.
