Carhartt WIP Celebrate Krautrock & Electronic Music With NEU!
The Carhartt WIP x NEU! capsule collection features an assortment of apparel and accessories in collaboration with the German electronic music pioneers.
Originally part of Kraftwerk, guitarist Michael Rother and drummer Klaus Dinger left the group and formed their own band, NEU!, in 1971 in Düsseldorf. Also becoming pioneers of the Krautrock sound, NEU! went on to inspire a whole range of artists and sounds from Detroit Techno to David Bowie. In celebration of the Krautrock genre, Carhartt WIP have teamed up with NEU! for a capsule collection utilising the bold branding and graphics from the electronic duo.
The collection includes the Super Neuschnee & Drive tees available in vibrant colourways like Wildberry, wax rinsed bib overalls, a 12 oz canvas tote bag and sports socks. An exclusive NEU! vinyl from Grönland Records will also drop as part of the collaboration with only 1000 copies available.
The Carhartt WIP x NEU! capsule collection is available now from carhartt-wip.com. In other recent streetwear collaboration news you can also check out our feature exploring the latest Palace x adidas Originals drop.
