The Hanon x New Balance U520 ‘Fisherman’s Blues’ trainer celebrates the fishing heritage of Aberdeen and North Sea fishing.

If you didn’t already know, Hanon are based out of Aberdeen, Scotland and have been sourcing some of the most sought after sneakers since they opened their doors in the late 90’s. Hanon usually like to put a local Scottish spin on things with previous collaborations celebrating local entrepreneurs as well as Aberdeen football club. September 2017 sees Hanon teaming up with New Balance once again, 13 years after their first partnership back in 2004.

This latest collaboration celebrates the fishing heritage of the North East coast of Scotland and the famous Aberdeen harbour. The collaboration U520 comes from the New Balance sportswear archives of the 520. Featuring a distinct mariner theme utilising nautical inspired blue hues and durable leather uppers.
