The NEMEN AW18 collection could be their best yet, with the latest techwear, military inspiration and even an exclusive collaboration with Masterpiece Japan.

We have been massive fans of NEMEN at RC ever since Leonardo Fasolo launched the brand back in 2012. Mixing the latest techwear, military silhouettes and garment innovation, NEMEN now introduce what could be one of their most stand out drops yet. For AW18 the brand introduces a fire protective fabric story, used across a trio of Made in Italy apparel with outerwear, utility vests and liners. Keeping things simple, if you can call NEMEN’s end product simple, the collection itself is broken down into a Guard Jacket Liner, Guard Shell Jacket and a Guard Vest.

The Guard Shell Jacket & Guard Vest both feature a garment dyed nylon fabric with an added water repellent treatment alongside a flame retardant silver foil lamination allowing body heat insulation in colder temperatures. The Guard Jacket Liner features a nylon ripstop fabric with an added PU coating taking inspiration from chemical protective equipment as well as the traditional Japanese Sashiko patterns.

From the latest collection we are also treated to a very special bag collection in collaboration with Masterpiece Japan. The bag collection is split into 4 key luggage silhouettes which include a tote, a body sling bag, a large backpack and a mini shoulder bag. Each style is also treated with the same water repellent nylon fabric with flame retardant silver lamination. Just like the apparel side of the collection, the bags also come available in a selection of key colourways which include the likes of flame orange and military green.
