The original Tinker Hatfield silhouette, the Nike Air Huarache Run 91, makes a return in some OG style colourways.

After a massive revival back in 2013, the Nike Air Huarache Run 91 trainer is back for July 2018. Considered by some sneaker heads as iconic as the Air Max story itself, the Huarache was first released back in 1991 thanks to the legendary Nike designer, Tinker Hatfield. Based around a Native American style sandal the early 90s Huarache campaign ran with the tag line ‘Have You Hugged Your Foot Today?’ referencing the sock like fit of the shoe. The 90s retro runner was tested by a handful of runners at the New York Marathon prior to its release getting the thumbs up from the running world. Following its global release the Air Huarache quickly gained a popularity of the sneaker heads of the world, an admiration that has stretched over nearly 30 years.
