Take An On Feet Look At The Nike Air Max 97 Volt Pack Trainer
The Nike Air Max Volt Pack revives classic late 90s styles like the Air Max 97 with a neon volt update.
Did the Air Max 97 re-release in 2017 revive Air Max like never before? Maybe. One thing we know is Air Max is big in the sneaker world at the moment, for new and OG fans of visible air, and it doesn’t look like it’s slowing down anytime soon. Drawing inspiration from Tokyo’s super speedy bullet train, up until its revival the Air Max 97 had really been forgotten about. The revival of the shoe has seen it become bigger than it ever was in the late 90s, at a time when the sneaker world was a lot different. Thanks to Sean Wotherspoon hybrid collabs and gold bullet drops, the Air Max 97 has now become a firm favourite among Air Max collectors and a new wave of sneaker heads.
For April 2019, Nike have introduced the Air Max Volt Pack, putting their ever popular neon volt hues across a selection of Air Max silhouettes such as the Air Max 97. Highlights of the drop include a mixture of leather and mesh uppers, reflective piping with hints of neon volt to the uppers, side swooshes, outsole and heel pull tab alongside the full length Air Max 97 visible Air unit.
The Nike Air Max 97 Volt Pack trainer is available now from Nike stockists worldwide including asphaltgold.de. In other recent sneaker news you can also check out the Heron Preston x Nike 720/95 Air Max trainer which drops next week.
