The Norse Projects SS18 collection looks to the artwork of the minimalism scene and Donald Judd creations.
You would probably be forgiven in thinking that the Danish contemporary brand, Norse Projects, couldn’t really get more minimal. Apparently minimal has no ending according to this latest drop from the Norse team, with inspirations coming from the minimalism art scene and the celebrated American artist, Donald Judd. Basics are stripped back down to basics with a collection of cleaner than clean apparel, accessories and a plethora of Norse goodies.
Highlights of the latest collection include classic Norse pieces that have become staple to each drop, with subtle updates like fabric upgrades and clean colourways. Their ongoing collaboration with fellow Danish rainwear brand, Elka Regntøj, is continued with the Anker Rain jacket finished in a transparent Belgian fabric. Basics include their Niels Standard range of cotton tees, Ketel summer sweatshirts and Sigfred Lambswool jumpers both made in Portugal. Headwear includes light twill sports and waxed sport Dad caps which are made in the USA in an assortment of summery and pastel colourways.
