We head to the rooftops in our latest editorial with the highly sought after premium Black Label collection from The North Face.

So first of all lets start with that camo parka, The North Face Mountain Murdo Jacket, arguably one of the stand out pieces of outerwear we have seen for AW16. Coming in that cool brown urban camo, the jacket is not only aesthetically pleasing but also packs its fair share of garment technology such as DryVent™ and RDS-certified goose down for foul weather protection and optimal warmth. Added features include a variety of functional pockets as well as a detachable faux fur hood.

The North Face Mountain Q Jacket comes in on the lighter side making it the perfect bit of kit for travel but still packs all the brands usual qualities. Featuring a seam-sealed construction as well as DryVent™ technology, the jacket might be lightweight but it certainly won’t let you down in the wet winter weather conditions.

Finally the North Face have introduced the Mountain Cimpt Jacket for the season with snap in capabilities meaning you can wear the piece under another piece of outerwear as an extra layer. Saying that the Mountain Crimpt Jacket on its own will be sufficient to battle the cold with its 700 fill RDS-certified goose down to the torso area. The vibrant yellow colourway of the jacket also makes it a stand out piece of the North Face Black Label AW16 collection.

The North Face Black Label AW16 is available now from northface.co.uk, you can also take a closer look at the recently launched TNF lifestyle pop-up store on Earlham Street, London.
