Stone Island Introduce The Garment Dyed Reflective Collection

Luke Taylor

The Stone Island Garment Dyed Reflective collection features anoraks & utility style storage vests.

Dropping as part of the Stone Island SS18 collection, the Garment Dyed Reflective concept comes as as one of their stand out stories of the latest season. Featuring pieces like the Stone Island Garment Dyed Plated Reflective Anorak which utilises their NY Jersey fabric with military apparel influences. The anorak features an adjustable chimney style collar with a diagonal zip function making the garment easier to take on and off. Features include the reflective fabric to the lower, a material that is engineered from a nylon tela base which is then garment dyed and treated with a unique resin substance that contains thousands of glass microspheres. A similar concept we have seen used previously with the likes of the Stone Island Reflective Mussola Gommata Jacket from 2017. The same fabric concept has also been used on a pair of dungarees and a utility style pocket vest, with each piece featuring the iconic Stone Island compass badge as well as reflective function.

The Stone Island Garment Dyed Reflective collection is available now from stoneisland.com. In other recent Stoney news you can also check out their latest Shadow Project SS18 collection.
