The price of freedom is no longer a mystery, as Mazda has revealed that the 2024 MX-5 Miata will start at $28,985.
With a startling number of changes, the MX-5 Miata, which costs $935 more than its predecessor, is approaching its twilight years. The car’s revised headlights with a new LED daytime running light signature make the improvements easily noticeable. Along with new wheels, buyers will also get LED taillights.
Not to mention, Aero Grey has been added to the color pallet. It has a “cool tone that contrasts nicely against the available dark trim and wheels of the MX-5 Miata,” according to Mazda.
Larger interior modifications are made possible by adding a brand-new 8.8-inch infotainment system. It replaces the previous 7-inch display with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto touch capabilities. Additionally, Alexa is integrated into Mazda’s infotainment system for the first time. This allows customers to voice-control the radio and climate control system.
The vehicle now gets a new instrument cluster with “simplified, high-contrast graphics for easier readability at a glance,” putting the infotainment system aside. Additionally, the vehicle features an updated center console with more cushioning for the driver’s comfort.
