Unveiling the 2025 Nissan Patrol: A Bold Leap in Design and Performance

BYD Auto Industry Company Limited, a top global producer of new energy vehicles, has teamed up with HUBCO’s subsidiary, Hub Power Holdings, to introduce a new line of electric vehicles (EVs) in Pakistan.

Announced on Friday, this collaboration marks a significant step for Pakistan’s automotive market, aiming to reduce the country’s carbon footprint and transition to more energy-efficient transportation.

The partnership will bring BYD’s cutting-edge electric vehicles, including the anticipated BYD Seal EV, to Pakistan. Mega Motor Company (Private) Limited will facilitate this venture, leveraging BYD’s expertise and HUBCO’s local presence to offer sustainable transportation solutions.

The official launch event is scheduled for August 17th, where BYD will showcase its latest models.

This strategic move aligns with Pakistan’s push towards greener transportation options amid rising environmental concerns. By introducing electric vehicles, BYD and HUBCO aim to address the country’s challenges related to greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.

The collaboration is also expected to include plans for establishing a comprehensive EV charging infrastructure, which is crucial for the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

Aly Khan, CEO of Mega Motor Co., emphasized the partnership’s role in supporting Pakistan’s economy and climate goals.

This initiative not only brings advanced EV technology to Pakistan but also supports the government’s vision of increasing the number of new energy vehicles on the roads.
