Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently detailed his estimates for the iPhone 16 lineup’s color possibilities, stating that two new colors will replace two existing tints.
Kuo expressed his expectations in a post on X (previously Twitter) earlier today. He said the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available in black, white, silver, gray, “Natural Titanium,” and rose. This suggests that the iPhone 15 Pro’s Blue Titanium option will be phased out and replaced with a new rose hue. An earlier report from China suggested that the Blue Titanium hue would be removed from the iPhone 16 Pro lineup and replaced with a new “rose” titanium color.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be available in many colors, including black, green, pink, blue, and white. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus come in black, green, pink, blue, and yellow. This means that white will replace yellow, but the colors will remain the same.
According to Kuo, Apple may rebrand any existing colors, as it did with the iPhone 12’s “White” and the iPhone 13’s “Starlight.” Similarly, the tone and appearance may differ even if the color designations remain the same. The iPhone 16 lineup is scheduled to be introduced this fall.
