Apple today announced the debut of a new “Meet with the Apple Experts” resource for developers, which will allow developers to engage in Apple-hosted sessions, workshops, labs, and one-on-one meetings.
Apple currently offers over 50 workshops and consultations, some of which are held online and others in Cupertino. Most of the events are available online and are open to developers worldwide, while those involving the Apple Vision Pro headset are only available at the Apple Developer Centre on the Apple Park site in Cupertino, California.
Among the programs are “Explore the highlights from WWDC23,” “Explore what’s new in iOS 17 and iPadOS 17,” “Optimise Your App for iPhone,” as well as “Get Started with App Discovery and Marketing.” Many of the sessions are held in other languages in order to make them available to developers outside of the United States. Developers can seek one-on-one design and technical consultations to gain feedback on app design, problem fixes, and new technology implementation.
Notably, developers can request a one-on-one App Review session to learn how the review process works, how to best align an app with rules, and the reasons for regular rejections. According to the new service’s release, developers will be connected with Apple evangelists, engineers, and designers.
