SugarBot is an iPhone app that helps users maintain a balanced diet by tracking the amount of sugar and calories in their food. Users of the app will now be able to access it directly from the Apple Watch, owing to the app’s latest upgrade, which includes a watchOS version.
If you can’t locate what you’re looking for in the app, don’t worry. SugarBot allows you to manually enter goods with nutrition information. The app covers statistics such as calories, protein, carbs, lipids, micronutrients, and vitamins.
SugarBot does more than just keep track of what you eat; it also gives valuable charts to help you understand and balance your diet. SugarBot users, for example, can establish daily carbohydrate and protein targets. The programme also has an Insights page with a summary of your week, month, and year, allowing you to compare statistics across time.
SugarBot works with Apple Health to read and sync your data. And, with the release of version 1.2, which is now accessible on the App Store, Apple Watch users may check and even add new data to the app right from their wrist.
