Apple confirmed on Monday that it will soon open a new retail store in New Jersey’s massive American Dream shopping mall and entertainment complex. The store will have the same design as the most recent Apple Retail Stores. And it will open to the public later this week, on December 3.
The American Dream is the country’s second-largest mall, trailing only the Mall of America in Minnesota. American Dream has 3 million square feet of retail space, as multiple entertainment attractions, including a DreamWorks Water Park. Visitors will be able to purchase Apple products at the new Apple American Dream beginning on Saturday.
Although no images of the new store have been released, Apple’s website states that it will include a dedicated area for online order pickup, a Genius Bar for hardware support, and Today at Apple sessions.
However, despite the fact that the store opens on Saturday, it will not be open the following day. This is due to a New Jersey state law that prohibits shopping malls from opening on Sundays. People will be able to visit the new store from Monday to Saturday. But the company will be required to close it every Sunday in order to comply with county laws.
The store will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the days it is open.
