According to a news release from the company, clients may now shop directly with Apple and receive “exceptional service.” Deirdre O’Brien, Vice President of Retail at Apple, stated that the business is excited to bring its shopping experience to Vietnam.
Apple is expanding to provide customers with a new way to shop, connect with team members, and experience the best of Apple.
Local customers now have access to a personalised shopping experience that is already available in other countries, including customised products with laser engraving, a configure-to-order option for Macs, and Apple Watch Studio, thanks to the advent of the Apple Online Store there. Vietnamese users can now download and use the Apple Store app directly from their iPhone and iPad.
Apple is also bringing its trade-in programme to the country, allowing customers to give their old smartphones to Apple in exchange for credit towards the purchase of a new one. Furthermore, the store provides financing alternatives of up to 24 months for devices like the iPhone, iPad, and Mac via MoMo – a local digital wallet.
