Infiniti QX Monograph Concept debuts at Pebble Beach looking large

Infiniti QX Monograph Concept

The Infiniti QX Monograph Concept debuts at Pebble Beach as a potential preview of the forthcoming Infiniti QX80 SUV. While not explicitly confirmed, its substantial dimensions and overall shape strongly suggest its role.

This release continues Infiniti’s “Monograph” series, seen previously with the QX60 Monograph that accurately anticipated the production QX60. This new Monograph concept is expected to perform a similar function for the larger QX80.

Delving into design details, the front grille draws inspiration from a tranquil bamboo forest, forming gentle curves around the new Infiniti emblem. The black finish and border imply potency, hinting at a probable gasoline engine for the next QX80. Innovative headlights feature a “digital piano key” design, accompanied by captivating animations, while the daytime running lights embrace a distinct “piano key” style, emphasizing the front’s breadth.

The side profile underscores the QX Monograph’s scale. The monochromatic greenhouse is set apart from the body through a full black coat, showcasing a minimalist design. Seamless electric door handles maintain a continuous profile, complementing the machine-finished wheels with red and black accents, inspired by wind turbines.

For those in the Monterey Peninsula, the QX Monograph Concept can be seen at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance this week.
