Ahead of the keynote presentation tomorrow morning, Apple works feverishly to get ready for WWDC 2023. Today’s new drone footage of Apple Park reveals one major addition the company is reportedly planning for this year’s celebrations: a dedicated demo area for the upcoming Reality Pro headset.
According to Friday’s report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple has constructed a “large structure on the Apple Park campus” to host Reality Pro headset demonstrations this week. He also showed this building’s position from an aerial picture of Apple Park.
Apple’s new headset demo area can now be seen even more clearly thanks to drone footage of Apple Park that was captured on Sunday. The photos came from Cider, a popular cross-platform Apple Music app developed by our pals at Cider. On the northwest side of the expansive property, close to the staff wellness center, the most recent addition to Apple Park is clearly visible in the drone footage.
On the other side of campus, toward the Apple Park Visitor Centre, Apple has also built up a keynote area. The entire area is now shaded, unlike last year. This will let attendees view the video screen and stay comfortable for what is probably going to be a two-hour lecture in addition to reducing sunburn.
