2024 Polaris Ranger XD 1500 hits new highs in UTV capability

2024 Polaris Ranger XD

Farm folks rejoice, as a new Polaris Ranger is set to debut later this summer, promising to make your work a breeze. This side-by-side marvel combines the work features of a standard pickup truck in a compact, easily manoeuvrable package, all starting at just under $30,000.

Available in Premium, NorthStar Premium, and NorthStar Ultimate trims with room for two or four occupants, the mid-trim catches our eye. Its enclosed cabin, 30-inch Kenda tires, and power-tilt bed make it stand out.

Under the hood, the Ranger XD 1500 boasts a robust three-cylinder 1500cc engine, churning out 110 horsepower and 105 pound-feet of torque. This outperforms rivals like the Can-Am Defender, Honda Pioneer, and Yamaha Viking by a significant margin.

Designed for heavy-duty tasks, the Ranger can tow up to 3,500 pounds and carry a payload of 1,500 pounds, rivalling capabilities of larger vehicles like the Jeep Wrangler and some trims of the Toyota Tacoma.

Starting at $29,999 for the Premium model, the Ranger XD 1500 offers exceptional value and performance. The NorthStar Premium adds $10,000, while the NorthStar Ultimate can be yours for $44,999. Head to dealerships later this summer to get your hands on this powerful UTV.
